STEP 1

Go to the “OPEN a FREE ACCOUNT” button at the top of this page and follow the prompts to create your login credentials. Choose either an IRA or an Individual Non-IRA Account, and follow the easy step by step instructions. You must be a US citizen, 18 years of age, with a US residence. The initial minimum investment is $5,000.

STEP 2

Next, choose your IRA funding option: Transfer from an existing IRA, rollover funds from an employer-sponsored plan (i.e., 401k, TSP or pension) or make your annual eligible contribution. It helps to have your current account statement handy.  Fund a Non-IRA Trading Account from your checking or savings by wire, ACH or check.

STEP 3

Once your account is funded, decide what type of cryptocurrency you want to buy or sell and when. To self-trade, simply navigate to the Trade tab on the dashboard to enter and confirm your trade details, or call Customer Support for trader assistance. Cryptos can be purchased in whole or fractional amounts. Settlement terms are T+1.
